SATURN IS CHANGING ITS SIGN – KNOW HOW IT WOULD AFFECT YOU AND WHAT REMEDIES YOU CAN DO

In 2017, Saturn will transit to Sagittarius on 26th January 2017. Saturn stays in a sign for almost two and half years. It will be in Sagittarius till 23rd January 2020 and then move into its own sign Capricorn. In this post, I am reviewing what Saturn holds for each of the twelve moon sign natives from 27th January 2017 to 23rd January 2020 when it will be in Sagittarius sign.
We are seeing since long that Saturn`s transit has a real impact on human`s life. If you start observing, you yourself will feel the changes in your life due to change in sign by Saturn. The impact of change of sign by Saturn would be that Sade sati for Libra will end and for Scorpio it will reach its last phase. For Sagittarius it will be in second phase and for Capricorn it will begin. Saturn in transit will aspect Aquarius, Gemini and Virgo. Thus these natives will also have some or other changes in their lives according to many factors related to position of Saturn I their natal horoscopes.
The effects of Saturn helps you reap what you sow, whether good or bad. It is a planet of determination, discipline, delay, duty, denial, and dedication. It also rules labor, hard work, limitations, and restrictions. Often painted in a negative light, Saturn is indeed the lord of our Karma, meaning it gives results of our own previous actions. As they say, “what goes around comes around”.  Saturn helps build maturity, patience, endurance, faith, and a sense of duty. Saturn is the quintessence of the idea, “You cannot always get what you want”. If you seriously want something, Saturn wants you to work hard for it.  Rarely does Saturn deny anything rather it just delays, so you understand the value of what you get.
Saturn demands simplicity, definition, realism, and truth wherever it touches our charts. There are many astrologers who create a fear of Saturn transit in different signs or try to get good amount from you in the name of Shani Shanti puja by creating fear of Sade Saati, Dhaiya or Kantak Shani. Through this post, I would like to reiterate that Saturn stands for justice and fairness. Saturn would open opportunities for many people due to its aspect and placement. Many people have gained immensely in their Sade Saati period as Saturn rewards hard work. If you are hard working and put your best in your endeavors, this transit would be an opportunity for you to get what you want. Another important point is that Saturn has different results for each sign depending on the ownership of different houses of horoscope. All these things have to be seen through carefully scrutiny of horoscope, divisional charts and dasha in addition to application of transit of Saturn.
One important point is that Saturn is transiting in Jupiter’s sign, Sagittarius. It is contraction versus expansion in motion. Finding a satisfying balance, lying somewhere between being too lax and too controlled, can consume a lot of our time and energy. We seek out growth, but Saturn sees to it that we do so in a disciplined manner. Saturn in Sagittarius asks us to take on the responsibility of living according to our personal truths and principles, and to be loyal to these. This is a time for turning a critical eye to those beliefs and principles that do not accurately reflect our authentic selves. The transit of Saturn in Jupiter sign would be a boon for those persons who want to attain spiritual growth as Jupiter knowledge with Saturn depth of experience would help a person in maintaining a balance in their life which is the key to attaining spiritual advancement.
The impact of Saturn transit in Sagittarius for all moon signs is discussed below:
Moon sign Aries
Saturn’s transit will impact the house of destiny (ninth house) for those born in Aries Rashi. While professionally you may note steady growth, financially there would be possibilities of gain. The key to avoid failure lies in talking to yourself, spending some time in self introspection, evaluating your performance and take decisions with cool mind.

Those seeking opportunities to settle overseas will be favored with beneficial opportunities.  Relocation will be noted for those desiring to continue studies overseas.  Remain clear on your commitments and refrain from impulsive job change. Elders of the family, particularly elderly males in the family will be supportive and would also need your decision and participation. In this period, you may get chance to travel abroad or you may at least travel to distant places. Through good financial planning, you may be able to get good gains. Combination of Saturn and Jupiter sign in twelfth house may lead to spiritual growth also.
Moon Sign Acquarius
Saturn Transit in 11th house from your moon sign will be gainful financially for those born in Aquarius Rashi. New opportunities for expanding your income will open up. Investments will give you positive results as you would gain well. For those seeking employment, this Transit will be effective for bigger ventures coming your way. Emotionally you would be closer to your partner and will appreciate an equal or higher reciprocation. Occasional blocks may be noted in profession/ business. Maintaining cordial relation with your senior may be a challenge.  You will benefit from your friends and old associations.
Moon Sign Pisces
With Saturn Transit in 2017 through Sagittarius, you will be completely focussed on your career. Your goals would change. Your viewpoints would change. You will realise that there is no substitute for hard work. Relations with father are likely to become sour. Concern about long term career stability will increase. SIGNIFICANCE OF OM - THE SOUND OF SILENCE

It may appear to be contradictory that in this article I have described Om as the sound of silence. If a sound is there, there is no silence and where there is silence, there is no sound. This may appear illogical but there are many things in life which are beyond logic. You have to understand the meaning of Om as I see it to understand how I have resonated Om with the sound of silence.

The syllable OM is formed by three basic sounds consisting of A, U, and M. A is the potential energy of the left channel or Ida Nadi. U is the energy of the right channel or Pingala Nadi, while M is the energy of the central channel or Sushumna Nadi. So we can use these sounds singularly to work directly on one of these channels, or we can combine them. You can practice this mantra at the beginning of your meditation to bring peace and silence inside you. Om is the eternal sound. Om is the sound which is there in the universe all the time. Om represents the Self which is the Supreme Non dual Reality. The Self is known in four states, namely, the waking state, the dream state, the deep sleep state, and the fourth state called the Turiya. All these states are represented in the three sounds of OM (A, U, M), and the silence that follows and surrounds the syllable that is manifested in the fourth state.

AUM represents the three gunas or qualities inherent in the Cosmic Vibration.

A - represents Creation (Sattva)
U - represents Preservation (Rajas)
M - represents Destruction (Tamas)

These expressions of energy were symbolized in Vedic Works as the trine Deities:

Brahma - Creation
Vishnu - Preservation
Shiva - Destruction

When we recite Om, the throat sound is A, M is the lip sound and the sound U represents the rolling forward of speech articulation which starts at the root of the tongue, continuing until it ends in the lips. Om is the sound which is present in the universe but you cannot hear it with outer ears. For this you have to become silent. It is the sound of anahat naad - soundless sound which is heard when there are no dreams, no projections and your whole lake of consciousness is still and unwavering and you become receptive to hear this sound of silence. It is important that you do not have to create this sound but rather you have to prepare yourself to hear this sound. The moment you are able to hear this eternal sound, you have entered into exploring the mysteries of universe.
Another important point I would like to emphasize is that word Om is a symbol that has nothing to do with religion. That is the reason Om is not written alphabetically in any language of East because it is not a part of language. All the mystics have experienced that when they reach to the highest level of their consciousness, they are able to listen the sound of Om which is eternal and going on in the universe on a continuous basis.
The true power of Om lies in the experience of Om. Reading this article can help your mind to understand the meaning of OM, but it cannot give you the experience. Chant this, by yourself, with your friends, in your community. Allow the experience of all the words above to soak into your beingness. Feel the power each syllable has as the sound vibrations move from the low abdomen, up through the solar plexus and chest all the way to the tip top of the head. Let the vibrations clear and cleanse your energy system and chakras.

HOW SON OF A COOLIE WHO FAILED IN SIXTH GRADE WENT ON TO BUILD A RS. 100 CRORES FOOD COMPANY

The idea of writing this motivational article came to my mind when I saw many of the persons who want to start their own business venture fails in their venture because they do not have confidence in their own ability. They do not learn from their failures. Remember the ladder which brings you from top to bottom can help you in going upwards also. I was reading a motivational quote which I want to share with you also. The quote says “Sometimes the harder you fall the stronger you rise.” The important point is that you should have the desire to stand up again and fight till you win. The difference between successful people and failure lies in the fact that successful people do not put blame on circumstances, rather they use adverse circumstances to their favor by reforming themselves to the circumstances. Failures are those who surrender without fighting the war. In this post, I am sharing with you an inspirational story of P.C. Mustafa who is the founder of ID Fresh Company.
This is the story of a 42-year-old man from a remote village in Kerala. His father was a coolie. His mother never went to school. This is the story of a man who failed in Class 6, but went on to join the Regional Engineering College (now the National Institute of Technology), Calicut and the Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore. This is the story of a man who decided to become an entrepreneur and employ people from rural India. Today, fresh idli and dosa batter made by his company ID Fresh reaches homes in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mangaluru and even Dubai.

His story is very long and inspirational but to keep it short, I can summarize the important events that brought success to his venture in following points:
  1. The financial condition of P C Mustafa was not good. His father was a coolie who wanted that he should work as a daily wage laborer in Kerala.
  2. He has no interest in studies and flunked in Class 6. His father asked him to work while his teacher motivated him to study as he believed that he is good in mathematics. He asked for one year and gave his best to studies excelling in Class. He continued this performance in later classes also.
  3. He soon went to Calicut by clearing entrance examination in engineering from National Institute of Technology. Got scholarship and took some loan for studies.
  4. Got offer from Motorola and went to Ireland. There he missed home food and an idea relating to doing some kind of food business came to his mind. Got an offer from Citibank and moved to Dubai. Built house for parents, repaid loan and then came back to India in 2003.
  5. At this time in 2003, he decided to pursue MBA and leave job for his own business. Decided to invest in Idli dosa batter business with his cousins and soon the business got a good start.
  6. Completed MBA from IIM in 2007 and expanded capacity of Idli Dosa Company. Invested another Rs 40 lakh and bought a 2,500 sq ft shed in an Industrial Area and imported five large wet grinders from America and customized them to fit their requirements. In 2008, company added parathas to their list of products.
  7. In 2012, company expanded to other cities like Chennai, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad and in 2013 entered Dubai market. In 2015, the revenue earned was Rs. 100 crores. The company will expand in coming time period further.
The point I would like to emphasize with the success story of Mustafa is that learn from your failures. Failure is not opposite to success rather it is a part and parcel of success. Bill Gates in one of his quotes said that it is fine to celebrate success but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure. Do not let failures or negative thoughts came in your mind. Go for your passion. Discover an area in which you are good and invest your full resources in it. I will close this post with the words of P.C. Mustafa where he says that if you have the passion to start something, do it immediately. Do not wait for tomorrow.
