Exploring mysteries of Lal Kitab – Why Saturn position should be carefully analyzed before buying or constructing house

Everyone dreams about a house of his own where he can dwell in peace and happiness with his family. Saturn is the planet that should be seen before buying or constructing a house as Lal Kitab says when a house is built, Saturn is activated in the chart. As constructing or buying a house is an expensive project, you should look into the position of Saturn in your horoscope so you’re your investment do not get wasted. If Saturn is good, then it will add to your property and money balance as the house is constructed or purchased. But if Saturn is bad in your horoscope, construction of buying house may result in financial losses and loss of mental peace for you. Please note that whether you build a house or purchase an already built house, Saturn is activated in your horoscope. Lal Kitab was written in 1939-1952 period when the practice of buying already built houses was not much prevalent. So Pandit Ji has dealt with the issues relating to construction of house in the Lal Kitab showing impact of Saturn on construction of such houses. Nowadays apart from constructing house, people also go for purchase of already build flats or houses. Many people have confusion in this regard as to how to judge the impact of Saturn in their horoscope.

In this post, I have dealt with the impact of Saturn in all the 12 houses of horoscope for buying or constructing a house. I would advise that before buying a house or starting construction on it, the native should consult a good Lal Kitab astrologer so that relevant remedies and precautions could be advised to him. Please note that Saturn will show effect on every individual between 3 to 18 years from the day when foundation of house is laid definitely which may be positive or negative depending on the position of Saturn in the horoscope.

As this topic is very broad, I would restrict myself to dealing very important points relating to position of Saturn in each house of the birth horoscope so that this post can be kept short and every person reading this post can understand the impact of Saturn on his or her horoscope depending on its position.

Saturn in First house – If Saturn is in first house and native constructs house it may affect his or her financial position. This will be true especially when Saturn is not in a good position in this house. On the other hand, if house number 7 and 10 are vacant and Saturn is in a good position, then it will give good results. The native is advised not to construct house before the age of 48 years.

Saturn in Second house – If Saturn is in second house, then as and when house construction of purchase becomes possible go for it. It will always be beneficial. When house is constructed it will make the results of Saturn better and financial position of native will also improve.

Saturn in Third house – In this case, it is advised to construct house after 48 years only. But still if you want to build house you should have 3 dogs and take good care of them otherwise constructing house before 48 years would result in poverty. 

Saturn in Fourth house – If Saturn is in 4^th house, person’s own constructed houses before 48 years would affect native mother, grandmother, mother in law and maternal uncles. As soon as the foundation is laid, these relatives would be adversely affected.

Saturn in Fifth house – If the native construct the house by his or her own money, it will have an adverse impact on children. However the children of native can build houses which can prove to be very auspicious. If still the native wants to build house, then donation of a male buffalo before laying foundation of house is advised. It would be still better if such native construct house after 48 years of age.

Saturn in Sixth house – If Saturn is in sixth house then construction of house after 39 years of age would give very good results. If such native constructs house before 39 years of age, then in-laws of native daughters would face bad results.

Saturn in Seventh house – Such native can build house any time. Such native gets the opportunity to get already built houses many times which give good results. If in any case, there is loss or sale of houses then he should maintain threshold known as Dahleej of his oldest house and it will help him recovering from losses.

Saturn in Eighth house – It gives malefic results to the native with regard to construction of house. When construction is started, it is said that death bells start ringing. The position of Saturn in such cases needs to be judged by position of Rahu Ketu in the horoscope. Saturn will give result as per the position of Rahu Ketu. Such native should not built house before 48 years of age in any case.

Saturn in Ninth house – House can be constructed anytime but do not keep more than three houses in own name. If wife is pregnant, do not build house at that time. It will invite death or death like troubles for the native.

Saturn in Tenth house – Unless and until the native do not construct or purchase house till that time Saturn will continue to give money and wealth to the native. As soon as house is constructed, then Saturn will start giving adverse results and it will have an adverse impact on native’s wealth and money. However you can build house by taking money from your father’s younger brother (Chacha). It will reduce malefic effect to a great extent. If Saturn is good in this house, then native gain from his Chacha and his (Chacha) financial condition is very good.

Saturn in Eleventh house – If Saturn is in 11^th house, house is usually constructed late after the age of 55 years. Living in South facing house would lead native to be bed ridden for a long time. It is said that native will have to die in pain. So the native is advised to construct house after 55 years only.

Saturn in Twelfth house – If Saturn is in 12^th house, then Snake (Saturn) and Monkey (Sun), who never makes their house, will now learn to make it. It means that houses will now automatically start building, which will be auspicious, even if Sun is placed with Saturn in 12th house. Native should not stop the construction of house if it is started and continue the construction in any way.

I have discussed the results of Saturn in twelve houses of horoscope with reference to construction and purchase of houses. House Number 2 of horoscope shows the situation of houses and House Number 7 will show happiness and suffering as a result of constructing houses. Whenever you are putting foundation of your house, you should do remedy of Moon and analyze its position in horoscope also. Moon rules the area in the foundation of house. The position of other planets in the birth horoscope and annual horoscope (varshphal) needs to be seen.

HAPPY VASANT PANCHAMI 2018 - How to do Saraswati Puja

Vasant Panchami Puja Muhurta = 07:17 a.m. to 12:32 p.m.

Duration = 5 Hours 15 Mins

Vasant means spring, whereas Panchami means the fifth day. And Vasant Panchami falls on the fifth day of spring. This day is celebrated as birthday of Maa Saraswati. This festival highlights the coming of spring. This festival is usually celebrated in Magh, which is between the months of January and February in Gregorian calendar. As per another mythological story, on this day Lord Rama ate half tasted grapes of Shabari and to commemorate this day, the festival of Vasant Panchami is celebrated.

Since ancient times, there is a tradition of worshipping Goddess Saraswati on the day of Basant Panchami. There is a belief that Goddess Saraswati appeared on this day and to celebrate her birthday, her devotees perform her pooja. On this day Goddess Saraswati is worshipped in various names and fames - the Goddess of Learning, the deity of Gayatri, the fountain of fine arts and science, and the symbol of supreme vedantic knowledge. This day is of special significance for Students and Teachers. Goddess Saraswati is also considered the Devi of art and is also worshipped by peoples related to this field. On this day the students also worship the books, copies and pens along with the Goddess Saraswati. Musicians worship their instruments and the Painters worship their paint-brushes and colors.

Many astrologers consider Vasant Panchami as Abujha day which is auspicious to start all good work. According to this belief whole Vasant Panchami day is auspicious to perform Saraswati Puja but still I have given Puja Muhurat from 07:17 a.m. to 12:32 p.m

Legend associated with birth of Goddess Saraswati

After building the universe, Lord Brahma saw that his creation is quiet like a dead body. It has neither a sound nor any music. Lord Brahma was not happy with the sadistic view of his universe. Then Lord Brahma went to Vishnu and told him about his creation. Lord Vishnu told Brahma that Goddess Saraswati can help him solve his problem. He advised him to evoke Goddess Saraswati and the sound of her Veena will give voice to his creation.

On suggestion of Lord Vishnu, Brahma ji evoked Goddess Saraswati. When she appeared, Brahma requested her to give sound to his creation from her Veena. The moment Saraswati touched the wires of Veena, 'sa' alphabet came out from it. This alphabet is the first sound of the seven sounds of music.

The flow of this music gave voice to the voice less universe. Winds, rivers, sea, birds, animals and all other things got voice. This made Brahma ji happy and He gave the name Vageshwari to Goddess Saraswati. Godddess Saraswati holds a Veena in her hand and thus she is also called Veenapaani.

Method of worshipping Maa Saraswati

While performing Saraswati Pooja, the idol or photo of Goddess Saraswati is kept in front. After this, pinnacle or kalash is enshrined and Lord Ganesha and the nine planets are worshipped. After this Mata Saraswati is worshipped. While worshipping Mother Saraswati, Aachman is performed and she is bathed. After this, flowers, garlands, Vermilions and other make up things are offered. On this day, Gulaal is also offered on the feets of Mother Saraswati. Devi Saraswati wears white clothes so she should be coated with that. On occassion of Saraswati Poojan, yellow flowers are offered and seasonal fruits and boondiyas are offered as Prasad. On this occasion, Malpua and Kheer are also offered to the Goddess.

Mantra for worshipping Maa Saraswati

The following mantra should be recited or alternatively it can be listened.

Ya Kundendu Tusharhar Dhavalaa, Ya Shubhra Vastravritaa;

Steel joint-less ring (Steel ka bejod challa) in Lal Kitab – Concept and clarifications – Mercury in 12th house

If Mercury is placed in 12th house or there is Mercury Rahu combination in the horoscope or if both Mercury and Rahu are giving manda (adverse) effect in separate houses in a horoscope, it is recommended that the person should wear a joint-less ring of Steel in his hand. In this post I am explaining the logic behind this lal kitab remedy as many people have sent mails asking logic of this remedy and proper method of doing this remedy.

Steel metal represents Saturn and round circle of ring denote Mercury. Thus we are giving support of Saturn to Mercury which will be crucial in removing the negative impact of planet Mercury. Steel Joint-less ring (steel bejod challa) is Mercury and Saturn together. Mercury in 12th house is considered as poisonous and to such extent that it can destroy planets sitting in 6th house through its aspect. That is why we are mixing intelligence (Mercury) with cleverness (Saturn) through this ring.
The ring has to be prepared without any joint that means it should not have open ends and joint of any other metal should also not exist. This ring is usually made by a molding process. It is to be noted that this steel ring should be prepared with good iron so that it do not get rust. Rust may result in addition of planet Rahu in this combination which will give adverse results. मकर संक्रांति?
सूर्य के एक राशि से दूसरी राशि में जाने को ही संक्रांति कहते हैं. एक संक्रांति से दूसरी संक्रांति के बीच का समय ही सौर मास है. एक जगह से दूसरी जगह जाने अथवा एक-दूसरे का मिलना ही संक्रांति होती है. हालांकि कुल 12 सूर्य संक्रांति हैं, लेकिन इनमें से मेष, कर्क, तुला और मकर संक्रांति प्रमुख हैं.
साल 2018 में मकर संक्रांति पर्व 14 जनवरी को मनाया जाएगा
क्यों मनाई जाती है मकर संक्रांति?
सूर्यदेव जब धनु राशि से मकर पर पहुंचते हैं तो मकर संक्रांति मनाई जाती है. सूर्य के धनु राशि से मकर राशि पर जाने का महत्व इसलिए अधिक है क्योंकि इस समय सूर्य दक्षिणायन से उत्तरायण हो जाता है. उत्तरायण देवताओं का दिन माना जाता है. मकर संक्रांति के शुभ मुहूर्त में स्नान और दान-पुण्य करने का विशेष महत्व है. इस दिन खिचड़ी का भोग लगाया जाता है. यही नहीं कई जगहों पर तो मृत पूर्वजों की आत्मा की शांति के लिए खिचड़ी दान करने का भी विधान है. मकर संक्रांति पर तिल और गुड़ का प्रसाद भी बांटा जाता है. कई जगहों पर पतंगें उड़ाने की भी परंपरा है.
मकर संक्रांति का त्योहार हिन्दू धर्म के प्रमुख त्योहारों में शामिल है, जो सूर्य के उत्तरायण होने पर मनाया जाता है. इस दिन सूर्य धनु राशि को छोड़कर मकर राशि में प्रवेश करता है और सूर्य के उत्तरायण की गति प्रारंभ होती है. भारत के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में मकर संक्रांति के पर्व को अलग-अलग तरह से मनाया जाता है. आंध्रप्रदेश, केरल और कर्नाटक में इसे संक्रांति कहा जाता है, तमिलनाडु में इसे पोंगल पर्व के रूप में मनाया जाता है. पंजाब और हरियाणा में इस समय नई फसल का स्वागत किया जाता है और लोहड़ी पर्व मनाया जाता है, वहीं असम में बिहू के रूप में इस पर्व को उल्लास के साथ मनाया जाता है.
इस दिन जप, तप, दान, स्नान, श्राद्ध, तर्पण आदि धार्मिक क्रियाकलापों का विशेष महत्व है। ऐसी धारणा है कि इस अवसर पर दिया गया दान सौ गुना बढ़कर पुन: प्राप्त होता है। इस दिन शुद्ध घी एवं कम्बल का दान मोक्ष की प्राप्ति करवाता है।
इस साल मकर संक्रांति के साथ कई शुभ संयोग बने हैं। सबसे पहले तो रविवार के दिन मकर संक्रांति का होना ही अच्छा संयोग है क्योंकि रविवार के स्वामी ग्रह सूर्यदेव हैं। अपने दिन में ही सूर्य उत्तरायण हो रहे हैं। इस दिन सर्वार्थ सिद्धि योग बना है जिसे सभी सिद्धियों को पूर्ण करने में सक्षम माना गया है। तीसरा इस दिन प्रदोष व्रत भी है। ज्योतिषीय गणना के अनुसार इसदिन ध्रुव योग भी बना हुआ है। ऐसे में इस मकर संक्रांति पर किया गया दान-पुण्य और पूजन का अन्य दिनों की अपेक्षा हजारों गुणा पुण्य प्राप्त होगा और ग्रह दोषों के प्रभाव से भी आप राहत महसूस कर सकते हैं:-
1.मकर संक्रांति के दिन, मेष राशि के लोग तिल के साथ-साथ मच्छरदानी का भी दान करें। ऐसा करने से शीघ्र ही उनकी मनोकामना पूरी हो सकती है।
2.ज्योतिष के अनुसार, वृषभ राशि का स्वामी शुक्र है इसलिए मकर संक्रांति के दिन ऊनी वस्त्र और तिल का दान करना आपके लिए शुभ रहेगा
3.मिथुन राशि का स्वामी बुध है। इस राशि के लोग भी तिल और मच्छरदानी का दान करें तो बहुत लाभ होगा।
4.मकर संक्रांति के दिन कर्क राशि के लोग तिल, साबूदाना और ऊन का दान करना शुभ फल प्रदान करने वाला रहेगा।
5.ज्योतिष शास्त्र के अनुसार, मकर संक्रांति के दिन सिंह राशि वालों को अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार तिल और कंबल का दान करना बेहतर होगा।
6.कन्या राशि के स्वामी बुध हैं। मकर संक्रांति के दिन इस राशि के लोग कंबल के अलावा तेल और उड़द दाल का दान जरूर करें।
7.मकर संक्रांति के दिन, तुला राशि के लोग तेल, रुई, वस्त्र, तिल और राई का दान करें। इससे आपकी हर मनोकामनाएं पूरी होगी।
8.मकर संक्रांति के दिन वृश्चिक राशि के लोग गरीबों को चावल और दाल की कच्ची खिचड़ी और अपनी क्षमता अनुसार कंबल दान करना चाहिए।
9.धनु राशि का स्वामी गुरु है। इस राशि के लोग मकर संक्रांति के दिन तिल व चने की दाल का दान करें।
10.मकर राशि के लोग मकर संक्रांति के दिन तेल, तिल, कंबल और पुस्तक, गरीबों को खाना, चावल का दान करें तो इनकी हर मनोकामना पूरी हो सकती है।
11.ज्योतिष के अनुसार, कुंभ राशि वालों के लिए तिल, साबुन, वस्त्र और अन्न का दान करना बेहतर होगा। इससे आपकी हर मनोकामना पूरी होगी।
12.मकर संक्रांति के दिन, मीन राशि वाले तिल, चना, साबूदाना और कंबल का दान करें। इससे आपकी हर समस्या का समाधान हो जाएगा।
मकर संक्रांति पर क्यों खाई जाती है खिचड़ी?
- संक्रांति पर चावल, दाल, हल्दी, नमक और सब्जियों की खिचड़ी बनती है
- चावल चन्द्रमा का प्रतीक है
- काली उरद की दाल शनि का प्रतीक है
- हल्दी बृहस्पति और नमक सूर्य का प्रतीक है
- हरी सब्जियां बुध से संबंध रखती हैं
- खिचड़ी की गरमी मंगल और सूर्य से जुड़ी है
- घी शुक्र का प्रतीक है
- इस प्रकार खिचड़ी खाने से सारे ग्रह मजबूत होते हैं
- मकर संक्रांति पर नए अन्न की खिचड़ी खाने से पूरे साल आरोग्य मिलता है
- इस अनोखे भोजन से शरीर नए मौसम के लिए तैयार होता है
- खिचड़ी ताज़ी ही खानी चाहिए और इसके साथ घी ज़रूर खाना चाहिए

Maa Saraswati Mantra for success in your education and exams
