Tip 1 - Sip warm water - Sipping warm water the first thing in the morning could promote good digestion. You can also drink warm water thirty minutes before meal. This will clean your digestive system and you can easily digest your food.
Tip 2 - Follow consistent eating pattern - As soon as you start eating your food, start with food which is easy to digest. Slowly move towards the complex foods. Also, avoid overeating as this is the main reason of digestive problems. Add fiber to your diet. Fiber is found mainly in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes — is probably best known for its ability to prevent or relieve constipation.
Tip 3 - Sit and eat your food - This is the right way to eat food. Always sit and eat your meal. Do not consume food in a rush and chew properly. Sitting in a relaxed position aids good digestion. Tip 7 - Eat fiber enriched foods - Foods loaded with fiber eases the digestion process. Hence, do not skip protein from your diet. Add foods such as cherries, grapes, nuts bell peppers and whole grains.

Tip 8 - Limit the intake of fatty foods - Another way to promote digestion is by limiting your intake of fatty foods. These foods are more likely to cause constipation and other digestive issues. But do not eliminate them from your diet as they are also essential for proper functioning of our body. Eat them in moderation and try to pair them with other healthy foods.

Tip 9 - Eat foods enriched with vitamin C - Vitamin C is essential as it softens stool and makes it easier to pass. Hence, increase your consumption of vitamin C loaded foods. You can eat broccoli, fruits, strawberries, oranges, kale, kiwi and green peppers.

Tip 10 - Do not avoid spices- Spices like ginger, black pepper and coriander not only add taste to your food but also are great for health and wellness. They also improve your digestive system.

Tip 11 - Prefer lean meats - If you are a non-vegetarian, then instead of fatty meat, go for lean meat. This will help in easy digestion of food.

Tip12 - Exercise regularly - Exercising regularly has many health benefits including good digestion. Work out also enhances metabolism and improves our blood flow. This is an ideal way to maintain right body weight.

Tip13 - Do not stress yourself - Stress is another reason that can cause constant digestive issues. This may have a negative impact on your digestive tract. Use different stress-busters including breathing exercises, meditation and all those activities that soothe your mind and body.
Tip14 - Add probiotics in your diet - Eating probiotics is the best way to treat stomach and digestive problems. You can eat yoghurt as it is rich in probiotics, that is healthy bacteria. This helps in keeping your body healthy, treats irritable bowel syndrome and promotes nutrient absorption.
